"Islamic Republic of Iran Railways signed a memorandum of understanding with Spain’s Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias ADIF on Wednesday to cooperate in rail traffic control. ADIF is a Spanish state-owned company under the responsibility of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, charged with the management of most of Spain’s railway infrastructure, including the rail tracks, signaling system and stations."
