Has provided support to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC); has awarded contracts to Khatam Al-Anbia, a construction and development wing of the IRGC;

Arya Niroo Nik is a shell company used by Fulmen for some of its operations, according to the European Union; Fulmen is involved in procurement for Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities. Fulmen participated in the construction of the Natanz Uranium Enrichment Plant in cooperation with Kalaye Electric.
