Description
"Mohammad Jabari is the prosecutor for the Kurdistan province. In this function, he is responsible for several human rights violations since the 2019 protests, including death sentences and repression of demonstrations. He is therefore responsible for serious human rights violations in Iran."1
From 2019, Mohammad Jabbari has committed multiple counts of human rights violations during his time as Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor in Sanandaj, including his involvement in killing and suppressing protestors during the November 2019 protests and the participation in issues and implementing death sentences for political prisoners.2
